Stoic Pomodoro is offered as a mindful tool to help you focus with intention. By using this application, you agree to the following terms, written in the spirit of calm clarity.
You may use Stoic Pomodoro for any lawful purpose. We ask only that you do not attempt to disrupt its operation, reverse engineer it with malicious intent, or redistribute it as your own work.
Your tasks, statistics, and preferences live only on your device, stored in your browser's local storage. We do not transmit, collect, or monetize this information in any way.
Stoic Pomodoro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While crafted with care, we cannot guarantee it will be free of interruption or perfectly suited to every purpose.
In no event will the creators of Stoic Pomodoro be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this application.
These terms may evolve as the application does. When they do, the new version will replace the old, and continued use will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.

Privacy, like focus, is a practice of intention. Stoic Pomodoro has been designed to honor both.
All of the above is written to your browser's localStorage — a small, private space on your own device. It never leaves your machine. It is not sent to any server, analytics platform, advertising network, or third party.
If you choose to enable browser notifications, that permission is granted directly to your browser by you. We simply use the standard Web Notifications API to send gentle reminders when a session ends.
You may clear all stored data at any time by clearing your browser's site storage for this page. There is nothing we can retrieve afterward, because there is nothing we ever held.
